This chapter by Bethany Johnson, Patti Ludwig-Beymer, and Wendy Tuzik Micek,
in Parish Nursing: Promoting
Whole Person Health Within Faith Communities (Sage Publications, 2000),
addresses similarities in ethical issues faced by parish nurses and by nurses
in other areas of clinical practice, as well as the features of the parish setting
that bring new meaning and emphasis to ethical practice. This text may be available
